- It has been my privilege to be in publishing for 30 years, first as a small press publisher, then agent, and author's consultant. On the personal side, I left the U.S. at ten years old when my family was transferred to Denmark with my dad's work. We lived in Denmark, Sweden, Germany and France, and I came back to the U.S. in 1973 after high school. I settled in the San Francisco Bay Area for about 27 years, then came to Mpls/St Paul where I have family and friends--and have not regretted it. Life is good.
